A Name from the Sea
Three thousand years ago, ships like the one on our door carried cedar, wine, and stories from Byblos and Tyre across the Mediterranean — the Phoenicians, the coast's first great traders, sailing from the land we now call Lebanon.
House of Finikiz carries that same table across the water to Nicosia: slow-grilled meats, mezze built for sharing, and bread that comes warm or not at all. Nothing rushed, nothing fussed over — just the kind of cooking that's been done the same way for a very long time.
